By Train

The London Paddington to Cardiff service runs hourly and takes only two hours. It also continues to Swansea, with onward connections to West Wales. For North Wales, a high speed service runs from London Euston. There's also a new rail service between London Marylebone, Shrewsbury and Wrexham. Links from the Midlands and North West are excellent - for example, hourly services from Manchester to the North Wales coast, or to Carmarthen via Cardiff and Swansea.

Travel within Wales

Rail services run through the Welsh regions - usually on highly scenic routes such as the Cambrian Coast, Conwy Valley and Heart of It's a big plus point. Travel to Wales comes without airport hassle or long transfers. We're just a few hours by road and rail from most of the UK's main centres. From London, for example, you'll be crossing the Severn Bridge within three hours - and it's even quicker by train. Wales lines. Most services are run by arriva.
